Shrouding Application Form

We are pleased to provide you with shrouding to assist you in your programme of work and to improve the health and safety of your site.

Please be aware that we DO NOT fit shrouding for work involving mechanical equipment (eg. Hiabs) or for Tree cutting. Phone +44 1624 687687 for further advice.

This form should be submitted at least 10 working days prior to shrouding being required.

The shrouding is free of charge for a period of 4 weeks from installation. If you require the shrouding for a period of longer than 4 weeks, a rental charge of £11.00 for single phase shrouding (1 or 2 wires) and £15.00 for 3 phase (4 wines or more) per week will be applied until the date you notify us in writing that the shrouding is no longer required.
